Acrobat Font Height Issue

I am using Acrobat Pro Version 2023.001.20174. and many PDFs created by large companies have this font issue.

I am having a font height issue, see image.

I have completely uninstalled everything Adobe and used the Cleanup Tool.

I restarted, installed Creative Cloud and Acrobat Pro again, I have the same font issue.

Other Web PDF readers, such as Microsoft Edge, do not have this issue.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Document Properties -> Fonts -> The fonts are all Embedded Subset

I forgot to mention that the 'S', 'C' and 'O' are the wrong height.
