Hi for some reason Acrobat freezes when I upload to Adobe Sign inside of it. It allows me to put email addresses in for those who need to sign, but then freezes when Uploading To Adobe Sign then the app completly freezes and have to force quit.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat DC, this started happening since updating Mac OSX to the new Monterey version.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Screen Shot 2021-08-18 at 12.11.23 PM.png

Hi ChrisGrenier

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the application freezes and crash when you upload to Adobe Sign from inside Adobe Acrobat DC.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer first and try again.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.05.20058 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, please try to logout of the application, reboot the computer and relogin with the same Adobe ID and check if that helps.

You may also try the steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-mac.html and see if that works.

As mentioned this issue started after you upgraded the Mac OS to Monterey version, Mac OS 12 (Monterey) is still in testing phase. Adobe Acrobat may or may not work properly with it.

Hope this information will help

Regards

Amal
