Bonjour
Acrobat gèle au démarrage, une vingtaine de seconde après son lancement. L'interface de l'application se grise entièrement et une fenêtre rectangulaire blanche et vide s'affiche eu centre, au premier plan. Je dois “forcer à quitter” pour fermer l'application.
Le fait de désinstaller / réinstaller en supprimant les préférences ne change rien.
Le fait de ne pas avoir d’autres applications ouvertes ne change rien.

Configuration :
iMac fin 2015 sous OS Monterey 12.7.1. Acrobat 2023.006

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delay

 

Update the application to the recent version 23.08.20555 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
 
 
Try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/3wRT15r and see if that works.
 
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC https://adobe.ly/3VfTzMH and try using the application there and check.
