After selecting redactions and pressing the apply button a small grey windows with a blue spinning circle appears indefininately.
If I click on the window it makes the standard windows error noise. I have found pressing escape goes back to allowing redactions to be selected but they have not applied.
I have restarted, reinstalled and repaired the application and the issue persists.
I have replicated this fault across two different machines, with different users.
I last used this feature successfully around 2 months ago.

Hi @Amal.
@nything a bit more solid than "a future update".
Adobe is a software company that charges a lot of money for its tools, and if its broken I'd hope you were going to fix it at some point.
If my car was rattling and i took it to the garage and they said "we'll fix it at some point when we can be bothered" would that be acceptable to not know when you would be able to use your car again?
If you cant provide a date, could you please provide contact details and who we can escalate this matter to as a complaint?

This is a critical fault and needs addressing as a matter of urgency. I have files I need to suply to a European regulator with an urgent deadline. I am unable to apply the redactions to the files and nor can my colleagues. This is critical. Is there a way to roll back to an earlier version of Adobe Pro?

I have had this same issue on and off, and it appears to be something they either can't or won't fix as needed. I wonder what is actually causing the hang. It used to work without issue. I will try the workaround.

Adobe and Amal have been working on this way to long. We really need the solution and fix considering the amount of money we pay.
