Acrobat is opening the last modification on file even when I didn't save any changes.

Acrobat is opening the last modification on file if i try opening it from "recent" documents list even though i didn't saved changes before closing. I need to quit and restart the app for it to show me the original or last saved modification on a that file. Basically, if i try opening the file from my "recent" list it will open the file with the last modification not the actual saved file. How can i make my recent to open the actual saved file?

@dreid7 I would suggest looking at your Acrobat Preferences, Command K on a MAC or Control K for a PC.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > Help> Check for Updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. 

Let us know if the issue persists with the latest version. Collect the logs from the affected machine and share them with us for further investigations.
