Would you mind sharing a bit more information about the issue you are experiencing? What is the workflow/steps you are doing? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer lo

Also, make sure you have the recent version of Acrobat DC 22.1.20142 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also, go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Reading > Under Screen Reader options, Page vs Documents, select 'Ony Read the currently visible pages' > Click OK and reboot the application and check.
