Acrobat launches on its own, randomly, it's creepy and annoying

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the troubled experience. This is indeed a weird issue. 
When this happens, do you download any PDFs or work on PDFs? Have you noticed what triggers this launch? 

Please ensure your copy of Adobe Acrobat is updated. To check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates.

If you are still experiencing the issue, help us with the following details:

1. Acrobat version installed:   https://adobe.ly/3PQQ7nE
2. OS name and version.
3. Screen recording showing the problem.

Please do a "Help -> Check for updates" to update to the latest version and let us know if you still see issues.
