I have a Mac running Seqouia 15. I installed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on it and attempted to enter my license key. After enter the key, Adobe wants me to sign in. When I sign in, I get the following message: Acrobat Licensing Application quit Unexpectedly. It is just continuous loop of Adobe wanting me to sign in and Licensing Application quiting Unexpectedly.

I am having a very similar problem. I migrated to a M4 Mac Mini running Sequoia about a week ago. When I first finished the migration I opened Acrobat Pro 2020 to make sure it worked. I think that I had to sign back into my Adobe account but it worked fine afterwards. Now a week later after rebooting my Mac whenever I try to open the app directly or double click a .pdf file I get the Signed In Required dialog box. I type in the email and password of my Adobe account the dialog goes away but Acrobat 2020 does not open. I try opening it again but get the same sign in popup. I don't understand this because it worked last week. I can launch and sign in to the Creative Cloud app using the same email and password but it doesn't show anything about my 2020 license.

I was able to resolve my issue with the help of ChatGPT. It told me to go and log in to my Adobe account using a web browser. I went to the Products page under my account. Copied the serial number and re-downloaded the installer. I then reinstalled Acrobat 2020. After I reinstalled I went to open the application again and it brought up a sign in dialog again. However what I noticed is that the dialog looked different from before. The new 2020 license dialog did not have the exact same layout and format when I was trying it before. It did look like the sign in dialog for Creative Cloud though. So I surmise that Adobe rewrote/modified the license sign in app and the older version of it is incompatible with their current license system.

I followed your steps and re-downloaded the installer. However, when I clicked it, it won't install, and stuck at the "Read Me" step. Any solution please?
