I have purchased Acrobat Pro (for Mac), installed the app, entered my serial number – and now it wants me to enter my Adobe ID. When I do so, the only thing that happens is that the Acrobat Licensing Application keeps spinning. Could anyone help?

I have contacted the Adobe Chat Support, and they did their magic via remote control. It works perfectly now!

Acrobat 2017 (when I try to launch it, the Acrobat Licensing App starts spinning, which says its version is 17.011.30150). My macOS is Mojave, version 10.14.6.

We are sorry for the trouble.
Have you tried the suggestions provided earlier, please update the thread if you are still experiencing the issue?
Also, you may please try to create a new test user profile or enable the root account in Mac as described here (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204012) and try to instal the application there and check. You might have to repair the user profile in which you are experiencing the issue.

I have the same problem and cannot get it fixed. Adobe went on to my computer months ago and could not fix installing this POS software.
