@tan_jonathan6119 Adobe Employees have the Adobe Logo at the bottom right of their profile picture.
Also, there will be an Adobe Employee title in their name. The only reason I asked for a call is that we cannot reproduce the issue at our end, and we are trying to get in touch with your users to get further info and complete events to expedite the fix.

I need an answer as Adobe Acrobat 64 bit windows 11 will not work 24.002.21005. I use Word, Chrome or Edge to read my PDF documents. How can I fix this?

Hi,
What I don't understand. Issues like these have been reported since March. At the moment more and more clients get these errors and also they complain Adobe is slow on opening PDF-files.
How is it, a company the size of Adobe can't come up with a solution of something they screwed up.
