acrobat no me reproduce animaciones de un pdf interactivo

Tengo un diseño en Indesign y he hecho animaciones, lo exporto como pdf interactivo pero no se reproduce ninguna de las animaciones. Alguien sabe alguna manera de visualizar esto?? sirven de algo animar en Indesign? Gracias

The InDesign document you are referring to here is that file opened in Adobe Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader?

Please share the exact version of the application. 

Open Acrobat>help>About Acrobat (Win) and click on Adobe Acrobat>About Adobe Acrobat (Mac)

Meanwhile, please check the following preferences settings in Acrobat:

Acrobat>Edit>Preferences> Multimedia & 3D and check whether you have all the required settings enabled.
