Hello,
Starting today, I've noticed Acrobat is not displaying PDFs properly. It looks like all text is missing. However, the PDFs display perfectly fine using other PDF programs (even Acrobat Reader!). This happens when printing to PDF from a browser, however it doesn't seem to matter which browser is used. See attached file which shows screenshot of PDF printout of adobe.com homepage in both Acrobat and Acrobat reader. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. PDF printouts were working fine a few days ago. Any help would be massively appreciated!

Check which version you have. If you have 2025.001.20432, check for Help > Updates. It was quickly replaced with current version 20438 and should solve the issue.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hey Matt, I am having the same issue. All of my pdf's are downloaded from the internet and NONE of them are working. Either black, missing the text or just will not open anymore. I have installed and uninstalled Acrobat. Pls post here again if you have found a solution.

Hey accounting - Brad below fixed the issue. They must have just pushed an update, open Acrobat and manually check for an update and it should have a newer version. This fixed my issue and everything is rendering properly now!

Thanks Brad! That did indeed fix it. They must have just pushed that update because I checked before originally posting my issue and it didn't say there were any new updates. Thanks again!
