I subscribed to Acrobat pro and everything went smoothly on my phone/tablet. However, once I tried to log into the Acrobat app on my PC (Windows), it didn't allow me and simply stated that the app isn't available in my country/region (I'm from Palestine). There was a link to re-sellers but that also wasn't working. How can I overcome this issue? I need Acrobat for my studies and I'm running out of time with the 7-day free trial before Adobe starts charging me for an app that won't work on my laptop. Help please.

@shahd_9595 If you bought your Acrobat Pro on the mobile device, may it be an Android (Google Play) or Apple (Apple App Store), you need to cancel the app through them and Adobe. You see, Adobe does not have access to these companies billings or accounts. You need to go to them directly: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-scan-discussions/how-to-cancel-acrobat-mobile-or-scan-premium-s...
Before you proceed, here’s what you need to know about refunds:
Here’s how to cancel based on your subscription type:
However, when you buy Acrobat Premium on a mobile device, it is only good for that and unlocks only the tablet NOT the desktop (which is likely what you bought). If you bought it directly from Adobe, Acrobat Pro would be available for all devices, computer, tablet and mobile. If you are in one of these countries, you can usually buy directly from Adobe.com and use the software on a PC without issues:
• Jordan
• Egypt
• United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Saudi Arabia (KSA)
• Qatar
• Kuwait
• Bahrain
• Oman
• Lebanon
• Morocco
• Algeria
• Tunisia
• Yemen
Don't forget Adobe's head office is in California which are likely a day or two ahead of you. If you cancel even on the last day, you might be billed for the next charge, so just use it 4 days and cancel it. Or just look above to continue using it. In your school, Acrobat is likely being used, so if they can use it, so can you!
