Hello,

I am trying to add an MP4 video into Acrobat and every tutorial I watch or read they're embedding a MP4 video but when I try to it's telling me that MP4 is not support and to add MP3 which is pointless or encode to H.264 which I did but it ruined the videos lighting so I can't use it like that.

Any solutions?

Your file seems not to be a correctly coded file. MP4 is a container file format and videos are a complex matter. Chances are that your video is not in the correct format. If your quality is not good when converting your files into h.264, you have used the wrong parameters.
