Hello! This just started happening today and I cannot figure out what to do. I have tried 100% of of everything in the recently updated Troubleshooting Acrobat artcile on Adobe Help... then I also uninstalled/reinstalled Creative Cloud and Acrobat... followed by uninstalling and reinstalling my printer/scanner and the same issue continues.
Scanner still works properly in Photoshop and the other apps.
Anyone else having this issue? Here's a screen shot to help it make more sense. Thanks!

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.
Please restart your computer and use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove any corrupt application files. After that, restart your computer again and reinstall Acrobat. If the issue persists, collect the logs from your machine and share them with us for further investigation.
