Acrobat opens full screen

Hi there has been an update and touch wood crashes and hangs seems to have stopped however when I open the app it takes over the whole screen. I resize it to something appropriate but when I relaunch its right back to full screen again

Any fix for this particular issue?

This has just started happening to me and it's so annoying.  The bottom of thscreen is hidden under the programs bar and I can't see  right to the bottom of the image.
