Hi,

I run Acrobat PRO JP2K Version 4.000.00000.52132 64-bit

Don't get me wrong, I love Acrobat products, but there's a very annoying bug in acrobat. Sometimes it opens in a "Help Improve Acrobat" and there is no way to get rid of the window:

Usually I kill acrobat in the windows program manager and pray for it open without asking me again. I tried to write many things, perhaps it wont let me go without hearing what it wants to hear, but I had no success. Any tip?

Hi @Alfredo Maranca

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you had.

This feedback window, "Help improve Adobe products," should be one-time suggestion. If  you continue to receive this pop-up, then try this:

Navigate to Acrobat>Edit (Ctrls+K)> Preferences> General> Message from/to Adobe> Show me a message when I launch Adobe Acrobat (uncheck) or select Never "Send crash reports.">ok

Hope this works.

Thanks,

Akanchha
