Acrobat Premium

I  have  subscriped  to Acrobat Premium for one year 
Unfortunately, when I use the applications through the Windows system on my P.C , it appears to me that there is no value for the subscription and the features mentioned in the package cannot be used.
I contacted Adobe support by phone, and unfortunately, I was informed that it is not possible to provide any assistance on this issue, and the only way is to write here.
I hope to clarify to me  what programs can be used on a P.C & IOS  to get benefit from this subscription?
Or is the solution to refund the annual subscription amount and search for alternative programs?
