Hello, I just upgraded from adobe acrobat 2007 to 2020. When I try to convert to a pdf by printing, it doesn't prompt me to save as. Instead it acts like it's printing, but then nothing happens afterwards. I removed the printer and "re-installed' it with no luck.
It's fine for Word and Excel because I can use the "Save as Adobe PDF", but with other programs it's an issue.

Try a few troubleshooting steps, and let us know what happens.
1. Try to print the file as an image. You can find it under properties in the print dialogue box.
2. Is it happening with a file or with all files?
3. Make sure that the app is up to date. And confirm what version it is.
4. Confirm the OS name and version.
