Acrobat printing issue

At work I have several shipping checklists I fill out on my tablet for different products which I send to my printer when done. This worked fine until a couple Monday's ago (1/9) when they no longer were able to print from the tablet. Every checklist I use stopped working at the same time. When I send one to the printer, the printer screen lights up and the door opens like it is going to print, but nothing happens. I can access these files on my desktop computer and print them from there without issue.

I created these checklists by converting World files into pdf's, then using Prepare Form to add checkboxes and fillable area's. Our production department creates their checklists the same way and saves them in the same folder on our server. I can print out the production checklists from the tablet without issue, but not mine. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Acrobat on the tablet as well as updating the tablet. I then just tried converting a word document into a PDF without editing it afterward. Even that raw document won't print from the tablet. I am completely out of ideas on what could possibly be causing the issue or what to try next. Do you have any ideas?
