Acrobat prints in hieroglyphics

Good morning to all of you,

I have a little annoying subject, I hold a license Abobe (the total), but I have a problem that I can not explain myself ...

I receive protected documents for anything but printing.

I want to print it with Acrobat DC, it comes out in an incomprehensible gibberish of special characters ...

I open it and print with Acrobat reader, this one prints nickel!

A solution?

This is a typical problem of PDF that do not contain any useful or invalid data of the fonts and characters used for the text. As an result the printer is fed with garbage you then see on the printout. How to fix this? You can't. PDFs in that state are beyond repairability. You can however try to save the PDF as an image (File > Save As …) then print that image file.
