I use Acrobat Pro. When I have multiple tabs open and I try to close one tab it closes the tab next to it as well and leaves the rest open. There are no updates available to Acrobate Pro right now.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Is there any solution to this yet? There are multiple users at my company currently experiencing this issue?

Hi @Sarah38797512jb3x @brittanys53274018 @itd48051803 @Lisaveebee,
Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!
I tried to reproduce the issue myself but couldn't. This seems to me to be an issue with the preferences.
Would you mind resetting them to default and trying again? Steps can be found here: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to defaul
If this doesn't work, please share a few pieces of information for further investigation:
1. The app version number of Acrobat you use (go to Help-> About Acrobat Pro DC);
2. The Windows version you are on;
3. A video recording of the entire event.
Look forward to hearing from you.

The glitch was pretty random anyway, so difficult to replicate. I tired resetting the preferences and that did not fix it. Next I uninstalled Acrobat Pro and reinstalled it and that seems to have resolved it.
Thank you.

@Sarah38797512jb3x Thanks for letting us know.
I would also suggest checking the mouse sensitivity from your device's system settings.

@Sarah38797512jb3x @brittanys53274018 @itd48051803 @Lisaveebee,
Just a heads-up. The team is also able to reproduce this in-house. Even though this is an edge-case scenario, we will be working to get this fixed.
Best!

@Sarah38797512jb3x @Lisaveebee oh wow....I tried replicating the same issue but of course I can't get that weird glitch!
It has to be the preferences. You likely have restarted your computer and reset the preferneces. I would just uninstall Adobe Acobat Pro using the uninstaller, and the re-install Acrobat Pro again and see if that works. Sometimes for whatever reason glitchs to do happen
