Hi

I have been using this product for years without any issues.  All of a sudden it now says that license has expired.  I re-entered the serial number but no luck.  What is going on?  How can I fix it?

Is there a way to talk to a real person who can walk me through this?

someone sent me a private message saying to reply to AdobeHelpLine24x7@outlook.com.  I am a bit suspicious because it is an outlook.com email address and not an adobe.com one.  Is this a legit email address for Adobe?

No. Do you really think a company as large as Adobe would be using Outlook email addresses?

This is a scammer, Just delete such mails and don't ever think of answering to them!
