My windows 7 computer has been running acrobat pro 2017 flawlessly for years. Suddenly I got a pop-up saying my subscription has expired. I bought it so there is no subscription. And says can't connect to internet if I choose the "activate" choice. I did all the fixes on Adobe for "unable to connect to internet" and nothing changes. My computer is definitly on the internet. I log on to Adobe and go to products and see my purchase and sn and activation code. I removed 2017 and downloaded from the products page where it says download.
I reinstalled, and it came up in spanish?? I held control when i started it and change the language to english.
On the drop down "help" tab, half is still in spanish. If I try to activate, I get all these adobe pop-ups in spanish.
My features such as "edit" pop-up "these features are not on your license" when they alwas were.
Any suggestions.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. You were unable to use the application and getting the trial expired error and after reinstalling the application the language partially changed to spanish.
Please try to remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner tool - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link - https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2017-downloads.html
Also for the trial error and connection error please check your connection to Adobe servers and try resetting the host file as described here - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.
Regards
Amal

Thanks for the help.
Did all that, uninstall, cleaner, checked internet connection.
Reinstalled from your link.
First launch is all in spanish.
Close, hold control, relaunch. Change language to english.
Immediatly comes up with a clock time saying 00:00 your subscription is expired ??
There should be no subscription. And if I click the "activate" button it says your computer is off-line. I went through all the steps on https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
everything checks out.
again even having changed the default language to english, half of the "help" drop down menu is in spanish.
so.... nothing changed

Hi Amal,
I've the same problem on 3 pcs running Windows7. Abruplty, the message "subscription has expired" appeared, then I tried to reinstall the software, but I was unable to, as the message "error P206 - Check internet connection..." showed up.
I tried everyhing you suggested, but no way. Connection with servers are ok.
I treid to install the software on a pc running Win10, and the installation went smooth. So the problem is related to Win7.
I also tried to install on a 4th pc running win7 outside the office, same problem.
File HOST is good. My version is the DC, as I have a subscription plan.
Any other ideas?
Regards
Mirko
