Acrobat Pro 2020 (2020.004.30005) Page copy and paste diactivate

If I select a page in Acrobat pro 2020, the copy and paste menu is disabled.

Other users also cannot copy and paste pages.

There is no security in the PDF.

Copy and Paste are disabled even if I create a new PDF with a blank page.

• Windows OS :  Windows 10 (19042)
• Acrobat Build : Acrobat 2020 (2020.004.30005)
• It is abled on Acrobat DC(Subscribe), but disactivate only on Acrobat 2020.

Unfortunately, cut, copy and paste are all invisible...

You reset the preferences files, but the Copy and Paste menu is not visible.

How do I copy and paste pages?..

I reset the preferences files and rebooted the computer, but I can't see the menus.

I see there has not bee a solution to this.  Is this feature disabled in Acrobat 2020?  Copy, Cut and Paste are grayed out for me when selecting pages in both Page thumbnails and Organize Pages view.  And they are not on the right-click menu either. I reset preferences as per the instructions in the above link but the issue persists.

i have the same problem in Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro perpetual version (2020.005.30407) - copying and pasting pages not working.
Under i add print screen for both capabilities, where i can't just use comand coppy (Ctrl+C), paste(Ctrl+P) page.
