Hey all,
I've got 20 Acrobat Pro 2020 standalone licenses. I realize this application is going EoL next month. I just got off a 90 minute call with Adobe Support, who finally told me that they've taken the activation servers offline, so my activations can no longer be reset (my keys are all used up, from Windows reinstalls to hardware failures) on these 20 licenses.
What's my best course of action here? Is there a department at Adobe I can escalate to, to get this done? I can't even seem to get a response on buying a 20 seat volume license. I can't get an answer on whether or not I can upgrade these licenses to a newer version- they're hard selling subscriptions instead.
Any advice would be great.

I'm afraid you're going to have issues getting new perpetual licenses for your Acrobat 2020 seats.
You're right, in that Adobe does want to drive users toward its subscription-based products. Acrobat DC is an ecosystem of online services and installed software for accomplishing a wide range of tasks. But no, you're probably not going to find Adobe offering perpetual licenses for you.
Wish I had better news for you,
Randy

@DNATech You can buy a three-year Acrobat Pro license for the desktop-only version, Acrobat Pro 2024. It is a one-time, upfront purchase that provides 3 years of access without a subscription and includes quarterly security updates, but does not include new feature updates or online cloud services. Once that three years is up it stops working. It is not a perpetual license like the 20 licenses that you have.
Purchase through Adobe.com or contact an Adobe Authorized Reseller. To purchase Acrobat Pro 2024 for your organization, learn more about Acrobat volume licensing. Personally, I would rather buy through Adobe themselves so at last they can better support you with accounts and billings.
Besides the link above for volume licensing, you can contact the sales team here as well, https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/business/teams/request-information.html
