I bougth acrobat pro 2020 form Dell and installed it according to the instruction( using redeem code and serial no )

After installation I tried to open acrobat pro( 1st time ) and it required login. Click "Sign In Now" and web browser will open and display "You're all Set!" However, the pop-up "Acrobat Licensing Application" window says "Sorry something went wrong"

I uninstalled and try again, but the same problem occurs.

How can I solve this problem?

If not, please try removing the application and Adobe folders on the machine. Reboot the machine and then install Acrobat 2020 from this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html.

If the issue persists, try creating a new user account on your machin

If the issue persists, try creating a new user account on your machine and install Acrobat 2020 there. Then check if you experience the same behaviour.

Let us know how it goes.
