I have had a license purchased from TechSoup for Acrobat Pro 2020. THat works fine on the user's PC. We purchased another license and install Acrobat on another PC. Acrobat on this PC prompts for login then when you login gives an error saying "Sorry something went wrong". I've added the license to our account. The command to generate a prov.xml will not work so I cannot try that method. I've uninstalled, ran cleaner and reinstall. Same error.
