We have a user that has had Acrobat Pro updated and now when creating a large PDF from a spreadsheet finds it is taking ages or freezes.
We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling without the update. Supplied a new VDI, trashed the users profile and even rolled the user back to version 2017.
We have watched another user doing the same task and it takes minutes to scan through each workbook then go to publishing where as the user with issues sees it scan through the workbooks then it freezes for some time before hopefully starting to publish.
We have looked at settings and reduced security settings and Followed instructions to :
Uncheck these two options from Edit>Preferences>General> and uncheck Show online Storage when opening files and Show online storage when saving files
