When you are logged into your Adobe ID, the system recognizes you as being part of a Business, Teams, or Enterprise profile (even if you are the only person on the account/or the admin). Business Profiles are typically designed to manage licenses under a multi-user or volume plan. Therefore, the system is likely interpreting your attempt to click "Buy Now" as trying to purchase a single Individual/Personal retail license, which it flags as incompatible with your existing Business Profile structure.
Clear your browser's history, cookies and cache. Go back to the Adobe page, and confirmed that you completely sign out of your Adobe ID. Once done, open a new Incognito/Private window. In that clean/signed-out browser window, go back to the product page and click "Buy now" again. When prompted during the checkout process, you can sign in with your Adobe ID. The system should now treat the transaction as a new individual purchase, separate from your current Business Profile licensing structure.
