Acrobat Pro 9 does not work, error message Licensing for this product no longer works

I need urgent help!
Adobe Chat didn't help me! only with the reference to contact the community.
My problem, I switched my PC to win 10 Result Creativ Suite 5 no longer works properly. Acrobat Pro 9 also not!
So I put the system back on win 7, Creativ Suite 5 works again, but Acrobat Pro 9 does not.
I still get the message "Licensing for this product no longer works" I have a current license
Please help if possible in German...Thank you

They should not have referred you here. There's nothing we can do to help with this issue. Adobe must provide the solution.

Contact them again and demand they enable you to activate it, even if it's an old product that's not supported and not compatible with your OS.

Check the compatibility of Acrobat 9 and Windows 10.

 

System requirements | Older versions of Acrobat

 

It the OS is not listed in the requirements, then the product is incompatible with the OS.

 

Acrobat 9 is well past its service life and the registration databases are no longer available.

HI,
It is compatible and it was previously functional on win 7. It is currently
installed there.
Win 10 is not the current system and i know it doesn't work.

Only Acrobat 9.5 or higher is actually compatible with Windows 7, so make sure you update it to the latest available version.

For the whole action to make acrobat pro functional again, an unexpected
update 9.5.5 came. ??? But it still does not work the same error reports!

Please cleanly install Windows 7, update to the latest version, and then install CS5 or Acrobat 9.
However, Adobe no longer supports CS5 and Acrobat 9.
Support for Windows 7 will end soon after the new year.
Considering the future, moving to Creative Cloud would be desirable.

Problem, Adobe Acrobat 9 PRO, Fehlermeldung:Lizensierung für das Produkt funkioniert nicht mehr.

Nach Umstellung auf win10, dann Rückstellung auf win 7 funkioniert trozdem nicht mehr.Fehlermeldung wie oben. Alle Adobe Ceative Suite 5 Komponenten laufen auf win 7 wie vorher.Jedoch Adobe Acrobat 5 Professional nicht.

Is it Acrobat 5 or 9? For the latter you can try contacting Adobe Customer Service, although your chances of getting it activated are very slim. It's also not compatible with Windows 10, by the way.

Thanks for the feedback. It is Acrobat 9 PRO and it is currently on WIN 7. I now know that it does not work on WIN 10.
