I make comments for editing in the PDF file I review. When I use the letter "ü" in the comments, the program freezes for a while and then closes. When I press the letter "ü" sometimes the "Add note to replace text" menu opens. Since the program is closed, the things I work can also go. It disrupts my work a lot. Does anyone know the solution to this?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.20470 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/48S0S0J and see if that works.
