I've just reinstalled Acrobat Pro DC 12.0 2015 on a fresh install of Windows 10 (21H1) however I'm unable to sign in with my Adobe ID. I get the following error message:

defaultpu4xesm1lgw1_0-1626833133610.png

I have the latest versions of Edge and Chrome installed.

Anyone also have this issue? Any workarounds?

Hi Drew Chan

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Please checkout the steps shared in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html#fix-error and see if that works for you.

Regards

Amal

Yes, I have tried the registry changes but it does not fix the issue.

Also occuring on every new installation in our corporate environment. I'm not aware of any changes on our end that could impact this.

Occurs on our network behind a proxy server as well as a clean non-proxy NBN connection, changed various TLS setting in Internet Explorer, Protected Mode. Looked at fiddler logs and there is nothing being blocked.

I have run through all recommendations on upgrade OS and browser link with no luck.

Running Windows 10 1909 with the latest version of DC 2015 15.006.30523

Attempted other version also such as; 15.006.30033

For me, this problem has resolved itself. Just now I was able to sign in with my Adobe ID. Maybe there was an issue on the Adobe end?
