I am trying to install my acrobat pro DC (version 12) on my new mac but the installer is getting hung up. Once I launch the installer and click "continue" the installer advances to the "Read Me" page, but just hangs up (spinning beach ball). I have deactivated all previous machines that were running the application, I downloaded the install files from adobe products page, and I have my serial number.
I am wondering if my version is to old to run on my new mac. the current macOS is Ventura (13). any help would be appreciated.

Hi @msp9349
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Acrobat Pro 2015 is an old EOL application and it's not supported on the latest MAC and WIN os.
For more information about EOL please go through the help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-2015-reader-2015.html
To check the supported Adobe applications on Mac Ventura, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/macos-ventura-compatibility-common-issues.html
Hope it will help
