Acrobat Pro DC 2015 version perpetual license changing to trial version after antivirus installatio

1. I had successfully installed license version of Acrobat Pro DC (2015 version) perpetual license and activated through offline method in my office (PC not connected to Internet) .It was working fine. After installation of Kaspersky security windows 11.9 antivirus ,the activated version of my Acrobat Pro DC (2015 version) is changed to Trial version. Please can you help.

I checked with your registered email address on the community and could not locate any product registered to your account.

As of now, Acrobat 2015 is an end-of-life product, and you may face this error. You can view about support times on the link: Products and technical support periods (adobe.com)

I cannot guarantee this will work; however, if you have the serial key for the application, you may check on the below link: https://accounts.adobe.com/products/

You will need to put your serial key, and the product will be registered to your account if available.
