Acrobat Pro DC agota memoria RAM

Desde hace unos dias me sale un mensaje "el sistema se ha quedado sin memoria de aplicaciones". En el Monitor de Actividad el Acrobat Pro DC (2019.021.20049) esta usando 20 hasta 40 GB, sin motivo alguno. Uso macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 en un iMac Retina 5K. He desinstalado y reinstalado Acrobat Pro DC pero el problema persiste.

  1. What type of operations are you performing in Acrobat. 
  2. Are you opening any 3D or multimedia files while getting this error.

Hello,

1. It happens without any open file in Acrobat.

2. There is no open 3D or multimedia file. Only the application is running.
