I'm using Acrobat Pro DC on chrome with MacOS Catalina v 10.15.7. When saved changes to a PDF, closed the PDF and then re-opened the PDF none of my changes were there; the doc reverted to it's original state. Has anyone seen a similar issue? Any advice on how to save my changes?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the changes made to the PDF are not retained after closing and reopening the PDF.

We need some more information for a better understanding:

- Would you mind elaborating a bit more about using Acrobat Pro DC on chrome ?

- What is the workflow/steps you are doing to edit/make changes to the PDF file?

- What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version of the application go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the application updated to the latest version 21.05.20054. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once.

- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer first and then edit using Acrobat Pro DC and check.

We are here for help, just need more information.

Regards

Amal
