I have the following issues in my Acrobat Pro DC desktop :
1. create pdf from - can not even display original files (Word or Excel) in the source folder, therefore can not create pdf from existing word or excel files
2. prepare form - single file - after click the "Start" button, nothing happens, therefore can not even start a pdf form from an existing document
3. I see a Advanced Setting button on "create pdf from" page, but it is greyed out. How to activate it?
I've reinstalled everything but al the above problems are still there.
Can someone help me out, or can the Adobe tech support contact me?

Hi,
What is the latest update version of your Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?
In which MS Windows version is this happening? And what version of MS Office are you using to create documents?
What steps have you followes to troubleshoot this issue?
Have you upgraded or updated any software recently?
Have you tried clicking on Help, Repair Installation?
