I bought Acrobat Pro DC on June 19th and I cannot download it. I receive a message: see you firewall, I deactivate my firewall and I still cannot download it. I'm paying for nothins. Help please. Gabriela from Uruguay

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.
