I purchased Acrobat pro DC free trial and typed in my invalid e-mail account.

But it already paid for monthly subscription.

Can I cancel the subscription?

You may try to update the Adobe ID as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/create-update-adobe-id.html and see if that works for you.
