In the presentation of the CREATIVE CLOUD subscription, it is indicated that you have access to ACROBAT PRO DC. But in my subscription I only have the ACROBAT DC version.
Is this normal?
Thank you.

I have found the answer to the problem. The Acrobat software label indicates that it is the Acrobat DC version. But when you open Acrobat, in the menu bar of my Mac, it clearly indicates that the Acrobat Pro DC version is open. So it's a simple problem with the name of the software in the Creative Cloud menu.
Thank you !

I think you should have Acrobat Pro DC as part of your Creative Cloud subscription. But the relationship has alway been wierd to me. You can't (well, I can't) get updates to Acrobat wiht the Creative Cloud app, but rather have to check for and receive updates from within Adcobat itself. And on occasion, I will try to do something with Acrobat, and it will stop me, saying I am not licensed to use the program. If I then launch, say, Photoshop, it acknowledges the subscription, and then Acrobat works properly.
Sorry for rambling - I think you should have Acrobat DC Pro available to use. If you don't have it installed, I think downlioading and running (with you login) should work.
Good luck,
Dave

Hello and thank you for your answer. But your answer is not correct. The pro version is a little more expensive and notably has more advanced security options. Thanks anyway.

My answer is correct.

Acrobat isn't really part of Creative Cloud, it's an "add-on". (Just look at its interface to be convinced ).
That's why its updates are not handled by Creative Cloud software but in Acrobat itself.

I get that... but as an application that I am guessing is part of nearly anyone's workflow (PDFs), why wouldn't they integrate it? This has always bothered me as a longtime user, and then subscriber. Just wondering! Going through two processes to check for and receive updates isn't difficult, but it does seem unnecessary.
