Acrobat Pro DC No Longer Working and Freezing Computer

Explorer ,
Feb 20, 2023 Feb 20, 2023

Suddenly, none of my pdf files will open and when you try to, they freeze and crash file explorer in Win10. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times today, tried Windows updates, did a full virus scan, turned off protection, tried running as an admin and I forget what else now. For some reason... it simply no longer works on my computer and that's not good considering I use it almost daily for my design business. What's worse is that NO ONE is offering proper answers or solutions to this online. What's worse than that is that this issue has been being reported in these forums since at least 2017 and still being reported. Seriously... how can there not be some kind of a patch or update for this issue by now???
