Acrobat Pro DC: PDF's are not opening in Acrobat ?

Guest

Dear all,

When I double click a PDF file, it opens Acrobat Pro DC, but no document is opened. It is impossible to see any of my documents, neither to work with them in Acrobat Pro.

I have a yearly subsciption to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, which is up to date in version: 2018.011.20055.

I use a MacBook Pro with macOS Hight Sierra Version: 10.13.5. The same problem occurs with my iMac and the same Operating System.

Thank you so much for any help.

Patrick

What is the Window menu?  I'm on a Mac - not sure where you want me to go to find options under Tile.

I'm new.

The Window menu is where all the menus are on a Mac - running along the strip at the top of the screen. Apple icon - Acrobat - File - Edit - etc - etc - Window

(The other things on the screen are tools, or buttons, but not called menus).
