Acrobat Pro DC- Request signature prompts error "Acrobat has encountered an problem"

I have a user that has Acrobat Pro DC and is trying to request a signature on a PDF document, but everytime she click the Request Signature button, it give the popup "Acrobat has encountered a problem. Some features may not work as expected".

I have tried  rebooting her PC, updating Adobe, repairing Adobe, and reinstalling Adobe.

Any assistance or tips would be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry about the trouble caused.

 

As you have mentioned above, the user gets the error when trying to send a document for signature. Please confirm if the issue occurs with a particular PDF. Share the screenshot of the error message that appears. 

 

Try once to check if she can send the document using the Acrobat online account. Open this link and sign in using the same credentials that are used for the desktop application. 

Then go to Sign tab > Request Signature.

 

If the issue persists, we would require the user's Adobe ID via a private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this page.
