Acrobat Pro DC says it cannot verify subscription status

Mac computer currently running Catalina (10.15.7). I have signed out then back in to my account. Everything else has no problem.

 

Any ideas?

If it's not a network problem (meaning, all your other applications can access the internet), you may have to get in touch with Adobe's customer service. They are the only ones who can fix activation or subscription problems: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
