Acrobat Pro DC - Trial while paying??

Hello,

we are currently paying the adobe Pro dc though monthly subscription (ad per below) and - uless I'm missing something here.. - we are all good with payments.

Now, don't ask me why/how we keep receiving the message that the "trial" has expired and we need to buy the license..

As a matter of fact, I uninstalled and re-installed throug the Creative Cloud app (where i'm signed in with my user) but I keep receiving the message

If I try to buy i'm promped with the "prices & offers" even if I'm properly signed in and if I go to "manage my account" I have the detail I have shown above.

I'm lost.. and I feel like I'm paying for something I'm not getting.

Can you help me out here?
