Hi, I am trying to include a video in a pdf with Acrobat Pro DC... using Rich Media to do so I was able to choose the video but when testing it, only th eaudio is playin and video is not showing.
I'm having the same issue. Follow the instructions and it embeds to the PDF but no video - only audio. I've tried several different MP4 video files and different sizes. Always the same - a black box playing only the audio ... Any help on this topic? Thanks
