Hello, i have the same problem for the second time this year.
My windows got reinstalled, so i had to download adobe cloud again.
My problem is that i cannot download the acrobat pro version through the cloud. Maybe there is another way to activate it ? When i go to Acrobat pro page it asks me to buy it, but in my plan list i have it already and there shouldnt be any request to buy.
I tried to contact virtual assist - and he doenst recognise my plan ... then i wrote to facebook page, got some help there but no possitive result. they suggested me to create a post in here...
Altho i remember last time i had this problem a support logged in to my computer and did his magic and made it work. I need help to solve it because i use this app in my work.
