Acrobat Pro : fermeture automatique avant même possibilité d'utilisation

Bonjour,

Je suis abonné depuis 2 ans à la formulae Acrobat Pro et tout à coup, il y a quelques jours, un bug me referme automatiquement l'application avant même que j'ai pu faire quoi que ce soit sur le document que j'ai ouvert.

J'ai déjà désinstallé et ré-installé l'application mais cela ne change rien.

De plus, aucun message d'erreur n'appraît qui permettrait de comprendre la nature du problème, si ce n'est "le mode tactile a été activé automatiquemen" ... ce qui est faux !).

Quelqu'un(e) peut-il(elle) m'aider ?

As the application hangs, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html.

If that does not help, try removing the application and running the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html). Reboot the machine and install Acrobat Pro DC from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

If the issue still occurs, share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine.

We may require logs for the crash.
