Acrobat Pro Freezes and won't load Architecture plans

I bought the paid version of Acrobat because the reader was working so good.

Now the pro version freezes while loading documents and will just stop responding.

The computer has plenty of memory and cpu power. I have updated and tried uninstalling and reinstalling...

Still just won't work.

 

I'm not sure what you need from me to attached to check the system.

Apologies for the problem. Could you please share us the logs so that we can look into the issue

Steps

Close Acrobat
Download and run Diagnostics utility https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html
Select Start Diagnostics.
Now Open Acrobat and reproduce the issue.
Select Stop Monitoring, and share the log ID with us.
